For Vendors of property we offer a complete and confidential service. If you have the luxury of knowing well in advance that you will want to sell a property we will advise as to the best time to market and will prepare particulars with photographs taken while the sun is shining and the garden is blooming to portray your property in the most favourable manner. We often market on a ‘low-key' or confidential level to gauge the market and introduce purchasers, many of whom are registered with us waiting for the ‘right' property to come along, with the minimum of inconvenience to you. Sark Estate Agents also offers an ‘after-sales' letting service for permanent, yearly or monthly lets.
